All applications will be screened by the organizing committee and Indian Missions & Posts at the Buyers Country

- Complimentary 4 nights of stay (18, 19, 20 & 21 March 2026) in an official partner hotel.
- Overseas Buyer should check in on 18th March 2026 late afternoon at New Delhi.
- Overseas Buyer must attend B2B meetings at B2B Lounge at venue.
- Air Fare disbursement maximum up to subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.
- Return Air Ticket charges (Economy class) with shortest route to New Delhi. Air
ticket charges will be swift transferred to the buyers bank account provided by you within 45 days after
completion of the show. In order to claim the air ticket charges all the approved
buyers must submit the following documents (in two sets) -
- Passport copy (Both pages front and back)
- Copy of the return Air Ticket (Economy Class with shortest route) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the ticket, then the invoice or the payment evidence by Travel Agent
- Visa copy along with the Immigration (Entry & Exit) stamp
- B2B meetings attendance (will be done at the venue).
- Bank details of the buyer (in standard format) for swift transfer
- Feedback form
- Request letter from overseas buyer for claim of air ticket charges.
- Complimentary Airport pick up & drop shuttle service.
- Complimentary Exhibition centre drop & pick up.
- Complimentary Lunch at the exhibition centre.
- Invites for Networking programs.
- Compulsory B2B Meetings at B2B lounge with Profile matched Indian Exhibitors for business partnership.
